Schedule Overview
This Receptionist / Procedure Scheduler position includes four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays to cover co-worker time off. Flexibility is required to accommodate physician schedule changes. Driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, collecting and verifying demographic information, updating patient files, setting up clinic e-charts, scanning documents, organizing paperwork, ensuring prior authorizations are complete, providing information to patients, maintaining waiting areas, ensuring patient needs are met, participating in training and maintenance, and assisting with tasks assigned by the Medical Assistant team or other staff members. High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of medical terminology experience, 1+ year of Apple computer platform experience, and strong communication skills are required for success in this position. An additional 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred. Those with a dynamic personality, reliable transportation, and a passion for working in a Bellevue office will excel in this role.
