About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. This includes managing staff, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will be responsible for:

  • Patient Experience: Ensure that patients receive personalized attention and timely communication throughout their visit.
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of front desk and dental assistant staff, providing guidance, support, and accountability as needed.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental practices and procedures, as well as experience with dental software programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
