Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: In this role, you will serve as a key member of the patient care team, providing treatment, education, and guidance to fertility patients. Your responsibilities will include implementing patient diagnostic and clinical treatment plans, serving as liaison between providers and patients, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care services.

Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse with RMA Network, your specific responsibilities will include:
  • Contribute to providers' effectiveness by identifying patient care issues and recommending possible options and courses of action.
  • Implement patient diagnostic and clinical treatment plans in accordance with identified needs and treatment goals.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by anticipating patients' anxieties and answering questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR system.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or active RN license without limitations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays with weekends and rotational holidays.
  • Excellent listening, counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
