Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is a key role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for multiple hotel markets. This position requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and client base across designated segments.
  • Qualify potential leads and conduct proactive sales call activities to meet weekly goal expectations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competition and market conditions to effectively apply strategies and increase business.
  • Prepare weekly reporting requirements and document all sales activities and booking in accordance with expected standards.
  • Participate in local hospitality and community networking events to build relationships and promote the hotel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive property sales experience.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage a budget.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles to maximize revenue.
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office products and property management systems.
  • Ability to train on various brand platforms and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
