- Teamwork: Contribute effectively as part of a healthcare team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Composure Under Pressure: Maintain a calm demeanor in critical situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Active Ohio Nursing Assistant License.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in patient interactions.
