We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiology Intervention Specialist to enhance our team of compassionate caregivers. In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with physicians during various procedures. Your contributions will be essential in improving patient care and operational efficiency by providing support, education, and assistance to both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of clinical procedures.
  • Work alongside department leadership to formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving departmental objectives.
  • Accurately document patient charts following the completion of procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current registration as a Radiology Technologist with the ARRT, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Florida License as a General Radiographer (RAD).

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT registration.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Florida License as a General Radiographer (RAD).

Work Experience:

A minimum of two years of experience as an Imaging Technologist in an acute care imaging environment is preferred, with familiarity with Federal and State regulations.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and occasionally lift or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs. Proficiency in finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination is necessary for operating a computer keyboard.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Adherence to Standard Precautions and the use of personal protective equipment as required for procedures is mandatory.
