We are seeking an experienced Medical Provider to join our team at our Logan clinic. This part-time position offers 16 hours per week, with opportunities to increase up to 24 hours if willing to travel to Ogden for Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations focusing on the reproductive system.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests within medical standards and guidelines.
  • Prescribe medication according to standard medical practice.
  • Recognize common gynecologic and non-gynecologic issues, providing management or referrals as necessary.
  • Support patient care tasks such as prescription refills, phone consultations, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education for licensure requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current Utah license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician's Assistant.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in Reproductive Health preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with underserved populations preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $54.33 - $61.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable medical and dental insurance, voluntary vision and accident coverage, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, 403(b) retirement plan with a 4% employer match, generous paid time off, and eight weeks of fully paid parental leave after one year of service.
