Job Title: Radiologic Technologist CT Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital. As a CT specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT procedures using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper patient identification and preparation for exams
  • Perform exams per department protocol and follow ALARA program guidelines
  • Understand cross-sectional anatomy and demonstrate anatomical positioning competency
  • Administer oral barium products or intravenous contrast material as ordered by physicians
  • Provide patient education and ensure patient comfort throughout the exam process

Requirements:

  • Radiography certification/registration (ARRT)
  • Relevant state licensure (where required)
  • Demonstrated CT proficiency
  • BLS certification (healthcare)
  • Post-hire expectation: Meets departmental IV certification competency within three months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CT certification/registration (ARRT)
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in CT technology

Salary Range: $34.06 - $52.55/hour
