Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse - Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) 1. This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  • Assist with the training and orientation of new staff members, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
