This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Assist with emergency response measures and provide support to patients and families during times of crisis.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
