Position Title: Seasonal Retail Associate

About the Team:

Our Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division operates on a global scale, supporting major sports leagues and events. We are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience, whether fans are at home, attending a game, or participating in significant sporting events. Our retail environments are designed to integrate technology, ensuring that fans have access to merchandise during pivotal moments in sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome fans and engage them to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high-quality shopping environment by maintaining store standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System.
  • Exhibit professionalism and uphold the Fanatics brand image at all times.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Develop product knowledge of team and league merchandise.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Possess strong verbal communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
  • Be prepared for varying weather conditions during events.
