REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction management
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective coordination with the construction team, homeowners, designers, and architects
  • Ability to oversee and manage all on-site activities and resources
  • Confidence in liaising with building and safety agencies
  • Familiarity with BuilderTrend software
  • Strong knowledge of electrical upgrades
  • Proficient in managing Gantt charts
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Punctual and committed to staying on-site until project completion
  • Ability to enforce and promote strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

WORK SCHEDULE
