Position Overview

A prominent provider of global ERP solutions is seeking an ERP Consultant with Japanese language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems tailored to client needs.
  • Customize and configure workflows to facilitate system integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ERP functionalities to ensure alignment with business and functional requirements.
  • Identify ERP business systems solutions by engaging with clients, analyzing operational processes, and establishing clear solution objectives.
  • Design and support ERP systems (Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX) for both new and existing clients, encompassing product configuration, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live assistance.
  • Collect data for the development of custom applications that enhance or integrate with existing software.
  • Adhere to the Project Charter and implementation methodology, ensuring all project documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
  • Promote additional ERP consulting services within the existing client base.
  • Participate in presales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Utilize experience and judgment to set and achieve goals.
  • Exhibit creativity and independence in problem-solving.
  • Work under general supervision, reporting to a project lead or department manager.
  • Engage in learning new applications and contribute to various tasks as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
