Job Summary:

The Office Manager/Registrar is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our faculty, staff, and students. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative office functions, including employee oversight, financial management, and database administration.
  • Oversee the enrollment process for new and existing students, including gathering required information and coordinating class schedules.
  • Provide critical support to students, maintain academic records, and enforce registration policies.
  • Manage tuition payments and payment plans.
  • Collaborate with directors and faculty to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of increasing levels of administrative duties, experience managing employees, and customer service.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule and duties.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, database management, and financial instruments.
