Job Summary:
The Office Manager/Registrar is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our faculty, staff, and students. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative office functions, including employee oversight, financial management, and database administration.
- Oversee the enrollment process for new and existing students, including gathering required information and coordinating class schedules.
- Provide critical support to students, maintain academic records, and enforce registration policies.
- Manage tuition payments and payment plans.
- Collaborate with directors and faculty to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of increasing levels of administrative duties, experience managing employees, and customer service.
- Flexibility regarding work schedule and duties.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, database management, and financial instruments.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $54,600/yr.
