Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ENSCO Inc. in Colorado Springs. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including facilities maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our security team to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
