Program Area Supervisor - After School Initiatives

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

  • Certification in CPR and First Aid

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience

  • Ensure the delivery of engaging programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of children across your designated program sites.

  • Address and resolve concerns raised by stakeholders.
  • Recruit and nurture a diverse and high-performing team, including Site Directors and Group Leaders.
  • Assess program safety and effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Build sustainable partnerships with local community leaders and organizations.
  • Maintain existing relationships with customers while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Foster a caring, family-oriented environment that promotes positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and schools within your area of responsibility.
