Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse and distribution center associates to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other logistics-related metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field.
  • Leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
