Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Experience Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Dining Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional service to guests, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including restocking supplies and equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to safety and security procedures, including proper use of equipment and reporting accidents or injuries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Physical Stamina: Be able to stand for long periods, move around, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and guests.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Education equivalent to high school diploma.

Benefits:
