We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any special dietary needs.

Your role will involve setting up dining areas, communicating effectively with the kitchen, and handling guest payments while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. You will strive to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, respect, and inclusivity, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of $14.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
