Job Summary:

At Serenity Healthcare, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients heal using TMS treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare, providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment.
  • Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program.
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Three years' work experience in customer service required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
