Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead our IT operations, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes and business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
As a key member of our team, you will oversee all technology operations, including network administration, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and data management. Your responsibilities will also include helping to implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and overall business efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will also possess strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and cloud computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and help manage all IT operations, including network administration, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and data management.
- Help lead the implementation of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and overall business efficiency.
- Act as a technology partner to all departments, including Operations, Production, Sales, and HR, to identify and implement IT solutions that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and meet business objectives.
- Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure, safeguarding sensitive data and minimizing risks of cyber threats.
- Maintain and support the company's ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and business operations.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and software.
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employees' technological skills and ensure they can effectively utilize software, hardware, and IT systems.
- Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and cost control for equipment, software, and services.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in both in-person and remote settings.
- Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for all staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.
