We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME.

About the Role

As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring patient safety and well-being, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
