Job Description

As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders for various metals, including gold, silver, copper, and aluminum. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with market insights, trading strategies, and timely execution.

You will monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and geopolitical developments to make informed trading decisions. You will communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both Chinese and English, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.

You will collaborate with other traders and analysts to develop and refine trading strategies and market forecasts. You will manage and mitigate trading risks by employing effective risk management strategies and adhering to compliance regulations.

You will prepare and present market reports, trading performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute buy and sell orders for various metals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and geopolitical developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English is required.
  • Proven track record of successful trading and client management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
