Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including ultrasound, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound and other imaging modalities to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Develop and implement imaging protocols to ensure high-quality images and efficient patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging services.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, including ultrasound, and ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
