Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Buffet Preparation: Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing way.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including the buffet, dining tables, and surrounding areas.
  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that food safety standards are met during meal preparation, handling, and storage.
  • Coffee Service: Brew coffee and replenish items as needed, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Light Cooking Tasks: Assist with light cooking tasks as required, such as preparing breakfast items or replenishing food supplies.
  • Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests and/or complaints with professionalism and patience, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables, restocking as needed to ensure that all areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Health and Safety: Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Guest Interaction Skills: Possess excellent guest interaction skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Have knowledge of food safety practices and procedures, with the ability to maintain high standards of food safety and handling.
  • Cooking and Kitchen Equipment Skills: Possess the ability to use kitchen equipment, including knives and cookware, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and procedures.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Familiarity with Coffee Brewing Techniques: Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques is a plus, with the ability to brew high-quality coffee and maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
