Job Position Description:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every home you clean meets our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Homes: Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homes, including all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Use provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths, to clean homes efficiently and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors, to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms, and to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
  • Client Relationships: Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers, and is able to form strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses, and to read cleaning instructions.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
  • Transportation: Ability to drive to and from various job sites.
