Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Clearwave Communications. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate responses to customer concerns.
  • Respond to customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about our products and services, including features, pricing, and usage guidelines.
  • Process customer transactions, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
