We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDS Coordinator to join our Transitional Rehab team at Pennybyrn. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the MDS process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy of team data collection
  • Review, verify, audit, correct, and complete the MDS process
  • Ensure procedures meet regulatory requirements and timelines
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license as a Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience and thorough working knowledge of RAI process, PDPM, and State Case Mix Time weighted reimbursement payment system
  • Long-term care or Rehab experience preferred
