Job Title: Psychiatrist - Harlem, NY

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in Harlem, NY. As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will perform psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide psychopharmacological management to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of medical doctors, RNs, NPs, and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide psychopharmacological management, including medication evaluation and management
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a psychiatry residency program
  • Licensure to practice medicine in the state of New York
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
