- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
