Job Overview

At TOP TREE LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at DONBURI RICE BOWLS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving and Preparing Food: Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including Rice Bowls, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restocking and Maintaining Food Areas: Restock and maintain food areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas, to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Taking Client Orders and Receiving Payment: Take client orders and receive payment in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Speaking and Interacting with Customers: Speak and interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Sanitized Working Environment: Maintain a clean and sanitized working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Following Health and Safety Guidelines: Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operational Policies and Procedures: Be aware of and follow operational policies and procedures, including those related to food handling and preparation.
  • Punctuality and Attendance: Be punctual and maintain regular and consistent attendance, including working set shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  • Food Handlers Card: Possess a valid food handlers card.
Requirements
  • Food Preparation and Service Experience: Previous experience in food preparation and service is required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
