RN - Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical and surgical settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in medical and surgical settings, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
