We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Child Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
About the Role- Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Labor and Deliver OR NICU Experience.
