We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
