About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at St. Luke's Children's Hospital. As a member of our dedicated team, you will provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

About the Department of Emergency Medicine

Our department is a robust 14-campus network spread across a diverse geographic area, providing emergency care to over 320,000 patients annually. We have comprehensive stroke centers, 4 PCI centers, a level 1 trauma center, a level 2 trauma center, and four level 4 trauma centers.

In addition to patient care, our emergency department supports and trains emergency medicine residents at two separate emergency medicine residencies at St. Luke's University Hospital - Bethlehem (36 residents) and St. Luke's Anderson Campus (30 residents).

About the Pediatric Emergency Department

The Pediatric Emergency Department is a 6-bed unit located within St. Luke's Children's Hospital and will expand to 11 beds at the completion of an ongoing construction project. We are also home to a newly renovated 17-bed Inpatient Pediatric Unit and 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Our department is supported by a growing team of pediatric specialists spanning 40 specialty areas, including pediatric surgery, GI, endocrinology, nephrology, developmental pediatrics, neurology, cardiology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonology, radiology, anesthesia, orthopedics, plastic surgery, and more.
