St. Luke's University Health Network, recognized as the largest and most established healthcare system in the region, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Emergency Care Specialist to join our esteemed team of medical professionals delivering exceptional service in our newly established Pediatric Emergency Department.

Due to the expansion and investment in pediatric services, St. Luke's has recently initiated the development of an advanced Pediatric Emergency Department. We are in search of enthusiastic providers eager to embrace growth and new opportunities within our organization.

About the Pediatric Emergency Department and St. Luke's University Health Network:

  • A comprehensive network of 14 campuses delivering emergency services to over 320,000 patients each year.
  • Our emergency medicine program encompasses comprehensive stroke centers, multiple PCI centers, and trauma centers of varying levels.
  • In addition to patient care, our emergency department is involved in the education and training of emergency medicine residents across two separate residency programs.
  • St. Luke's Children's Hospital and its Department of Pediatrics include a wide array of inpatient, emergency, primary, and specialty care providers across various locations.
  • St. Luke's is a proud member of the Children's Hospital Association, enhancing our commitment to pediatric care.
  • The Pediatric Emergency Department features a 6-bed unit, with plans for expansion to 11 beds upon completion of ongoing construction.
  • Our facility also includes a newly renovated inpatient pediatric unit and a pediatric intensive care unit.
  • The department is supported by a growing team of pediatric specialists across numerous specialties.
  • St. Luke's Pediatric Specialty Center, the first of its kind in the region, opened recently to provide dedicated care for pediatric patients.
  • We also maintain a robust network of pediatric primary care offices throughout our service area.
  • St. Luke's has recently launched its inaugural pediatric residency program.
