Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Maplewood at Strawberry Hill. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Engage residents in activities and programs that promote socialization and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including resident rooms and common areas
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
  • Experience working with seniors, preferably in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
