Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of individuals interested in our services, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and circumstances.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help individuals develop healthy coping skills and strategies to manage their addiction issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other professionals, including medical staff and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
- Case Management and Advocacy: Provide education, case management, and advocacy services to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
- Continuing Education and Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of addiction recovery.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with addiction issues.
- Education and Licensure: ADT license and a strong understanding of principles, procedures, and methods for behavioral health rehabilitation.
