As a Clinical and School Based Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of individuals through evidence-based treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Conduct initial screening assessments and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Work with marginalized populations and have a background in trauma work
  • Provide psychoeducation and behavioral modification techniques to teachers during in-service days
  • Plan and co-facilitate quarterly assemblies addressing student mental health needs
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Maryland
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
