Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at PacifiCorp. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our electrical generating systems. Your expertise in electrical systems and maintenance will enable us to deliver safe and efficient power to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems to ensure reliable and safe operation.
  • Maintain and calibrate electrical equipment, including high voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure continuity of service.
  • Train and instruct apprentices and helpers in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Must pass IBEW local 57 examination.
