Position Overview
We are in search of a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to contribute to our operations. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include loading the dishwasher with soiled dishes collected by the staff and unloading clean dishware. You will also engage in general cleaning tasks as directed by the management and assist with the receipt of deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic and reliability. Key Responsibilities
  • Clear food remnants from plates
  • Pre-rinse dishes, glassware, and utensils before placing them in the dishwasher
  • Unload the dishwasher and organize items in designated areas

  • Monitor and replenish detergent and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Engage in team discussions and meetings
  • Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned
