Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Preparation: Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
  • Kitchen Safety and Sanitation: Strictly adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Food Presentation and Delivery: Ensure compliance with plate presentation guidelines and timely delivery of food orders.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and stock and break down sections at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain proper rotation of prepped and batched food items to minimize waste.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate kitchen equipment and machinery.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service casual dining environment.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
