Critical Care Nurse

Lake Regional Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Unit, where you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team built on Compassion, Hospitality, and Stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the assigned patients.
- Triage and initiate accurate and ongoing assessments of physical and psychosocial problems of patients of all ages.
- Demonstrate independent performance that is consistent with the mission and goals of the Critical Care Unit and the hospital.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in nursing.
- Six months RN experience required to work in the Critical Care Department.
- One-year experience with cardiac monitoring is preferred.
Certifications and Licensure:
- Current Iowa RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting within 1 year of employment.
- Basic Coronary Care certification preferred.
