Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at JDL Corporate Interiors, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to close-out, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Estimating, to review contract documents and award subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Administer the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
