Role Summary

The Culinary Event Support Team Member plays a crucial role in the kitchen operations at One Egg Group, focusing on the preparation, presentation, and finishing touches of catering menu items. This position requires adherence to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food code compliance while effectively communicating with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station and equipment throughout your shift.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Prepare food items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and event specifications.
  • Set up and stock food stations in a timely manner.
  • Stay engaged and focused during your shift.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain consistency in event timing.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and side duties.
  • Assist with phone inquiries and guest interactions as needed.
  • Perform additional kitchen-related tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
