At the HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Campus Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor homes and grounds, addressing unusual occurrences and emergencies promptly.
- Document nightly issues, concerns, and incidents for administrative review.
- Serve as the contact person for abuse/neglect allegations and respond to critical incidents.
- Initiate Preliminary Unusual Incident Reports and conduct investigations.
- Evaluate incidents and recommend changes to improve service delivery and resident safety.
- Complete special audits and trending projects to ensure ongoing service delivery.
- Work closely with administrative/supervisory staff to coordinate and monitor service delivery.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including overnights, 10-hour shifts, and 12-hour shifts.
- Must complete Fundamentals of Investigations training course within 6 months of hire.
