About the Job:

The Virginia Department of Human Resource Management is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Central Office Maintenance Division on a part-time basis. This role involves working closely with our team to manage radio inventory, track data, and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage radio inventory and track data into excel and M5
  • Process invoices and payments for radio part orders and submissions
  • Liaise with teams to maintain radio inventory and distribution records

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and SharePoint SPOL
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred
