SRP Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing local stores within a designated territory, merchandising and selling our wide variety of products, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Service local stores within a designated territory, ensuring that products are properly merchandised and displayed.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively communicating with store management and employees, and by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct end-of-day reports, and notify management of any unresolved issues.
- Execute the installation of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials at customer locations.
- Conduct business transactions, including processing payments and handling customer complaints.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom.
**Work Environment:**
This is a full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule, with the day starting at 6am. The successful candidate will be required to work 50 hours per week in all weather conditions and be willing to travel overnight on selected routes.
