At Guayaki Yerba Mate, we're seeking a highly motivated, dynamic Sales Route Merchandiser and Energy Beverage Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves selling, delivering, and merchandising our complete line of energy beverages and products to small and large format stores throughout the Fresno area.

This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and merchandising, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with new challenges and opportunities every day. As a Sales Route Merchandiser and Energy Beverage Specialist, you'll drive a company van on your assigned route, work independently to sell and merchandise product, unload orders, partner with store managers and receivers, and maintain invoices and inventory throughout the day.

You'll be responsible for managing a designated sales route, servicing existing customers and acquiring new accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent service, and maximizing sales opportunities by promoting company products and identifying customer needs.

We're looking for a team player who can build and merchandise displays throughout each account with our energy beverages, ensure accurate product delivery and inventory management, provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, and meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Key qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or GED, a current driver's license with a clean driving record and meeting DOT driving standards, being at least 21 years old, and being able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

While previous sales experience is desirable, it's not required. Additional language skills are an advantage, and we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We offer a competitive hourly rate and monthly incentive structure, comprehensive training program, opportunities for career advancement, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. The pay range for this role is $20.14—$22.12 USD per hour, with opportunities for sales commissions and variable pay plans.

Key Responsibilities:
