The Imaging Services department encompasses X-ray, CT, MRI, General Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform procedures, adapt to changes, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in patient positioning, equipment adjustments, image processing, and history collection.
  • Maintain technical competence, adhere to safety protocols, and engage in continuous education.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality, apply decision-making skills, and communicate clearly.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, manage supplies, prioritize patient needs, follow policies, and pursue ongoing education; embrace new responsibilities, contribute suggestions, and collaborate during examinations; demonstrate punctuality, participate in meetings, and adhere to attendance standards.
  • Provide coverage across all Union Hospital Medical Group Radiology locations.
  • Work hours may vary.
Qualifications:
  • Graduated from an A.M.A.-approved Radiology technical training program.
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Flexible to adapt to a work schedule that meets departmental requirements.
Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed by the ISDOH and ARRT.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for registration.
  • CPR certification required.
